How do I make home-made trailers?

I have a PC (Windows 7) and use the Movie Maker. It is easy...just click the upload button, upload, chop what you want out, open a new "movie slate" and paste it there. You can rearrange it and everything, Just make sure you fine tooth comb it so it will all go together great.
