HELP! 10 POINTS AWARDED, CODE TO HIDE TUMBLR HEADING!?

Hi i am in desperate need of help! does anyone know the tumblr code to hide header/title of a blog (the text) my blog has a header image but i dont want to get rid of that and the only way to edit my blog is to add a title otherwise it wont save! please help! 10 POINTS AWARDED TO THE MOST HELPFUL!!
